HorVer recently replaced my malfunctioning tankless hot water heater with a new one. It was a bit complicated to find one that could fit in the existing space, but he found a perfect solution. He is an approved Rinnai Pro (which means you get a better warranty from Rinnai). Met Arslan through my son while he was replacing his hot water tank. My tank was of the same age (see pic) and need replacement as well. I asked Arslan is the middle of my son’s job if he could go to my house afterwards and replace my water heater. He was able to go directly to my home and in a couple hours replace my hot water heater, gas valve on dryer and tightened my kitchen faucet. The last two items were item he saw that needed to be addressed and he had the tools/ parts in the truck already. Tacettin installed a Mr. Heater Vent Free Blue Flame Heater 30,000 BTU in my garage. The installation was tricky as it needed to be inserted into an existing black pipe gas grill supply line. He hard piped (no flexible hose used) the installation at my request. Separate shut off valves were installed for the grill and heater. Black pipe was used throughout. I could not be more pleased. Tacettin was prompt, courteous, affable and most professional. His pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

And he was flexible to our schedule to minimize our downtime between appliances (gas range to electric).

I also called him about a gas pipe issue for a new stove. He said there was no problem with the gas pipe. He said if the installer still had a problem installing the new stove to call him and he would come back and install the new stove. I have used Arslan before to install a water filtration system under my kitchen sink and he did an excellent job. I would gladly recommend him and use him in the future.

Arslan came to our house on a Saturday afternoon less than an hour after we called. We had a gas leak detected by People’s Gas and he worked to replace the entire malfunctioning section. He examined all other gas lines in the home saying it’s better to fix it all in one trip and identified two very old shut off valves that needed to be replaced as well. Set a fair price for the job and completed it all within a couple hours. Friendly to talk to and put up with our barking dogs. Had some good recommendations for future work without being pushy. Arslan came out to my house in Schaumburg that was over an hour away. I originally was looking for a quote to replace my old hot water tank with a tankless. He was able to look at my 1/2″ piping and determined that installing a very expensive tankless would be less than ideal with my size of piping. He instead provided me a quote to replace my old tank with a new one. He was also able to determine my gas line was not to code and required a longer sediment trap and shutoff valve. With the limited space and all the effort Arslan and his employee worked for 4 hours to remove, repair and install all items that needed to be addressed. He systematically diagnosed the issue, which was a nonfunctional gas line from the house to the grill. He replaced the line and updated the connection on the house which was rusted. The work took about 90 minutes and the grill was working again. Mr. Arslan explained the issues and kept me updated with his progress. He cleaned the work area when he was done and made sure I understood how to connect and disconnect the line. I will certainly use Mr. Arslan’s services again in the future.

An underground gas pipe rotted and we hired Horver to address the problem. Arslan came up with a solution that didn't require us digging up the yard and saved us a ton of money. Tacettin installed a Mr. Heater Vent Free Blue Flame Heater 30,000 BTU in my garage. The installation was tricky as it needed to be inserted into an existing black pipe gas grill supply line. He hard piped (no flexible hose used) the installation at my request. Separate shut off valves were installed for the grill and heater. Black pipe was used throughout. I could not be more pleased. Tacettin was prompt, courteous, affable and most professional. His pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

Tacettin Arslan is very personable and thorough. Even though the project ended up being a small change, he inspected the entire health of our gas lines to be sure we were doing the best solution. And he was flexible to our schedule to minimize our downtime between appliances (gas range to electric).
